The maximum stroke of CNC machine is 800*500*500mm, and the minimum stroke is 200*150*150mm. In addition to CNC machines, we also have manual or automatic lathes, wire EDM machines, electrical discharge machines (EDM), grinders, and milling machines.

Qualification of hardware parts

Honpe prototype machines are suitable for the following common materials, such as aluminum AL6061, AL6061-T6, AL6063, AL6082, AL5052, AL5083, AL7075, ADC12, die-cast aluminum, stainless steel and copper materials. Typically, these materials can be welded and given some surface treatment such as oxidation, plating and painting.

Honpe prototyping has been certified for CNC machining, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and automotive certification IATF 16949.

Quality assurance of hardware parts

Honpe prototyping monitors the process from material incoming to finished product delivery through various tests, including material incoming tests, CMM inspections and 3D test reports.
